Guests may use the designated parking area near the property. All interior amenities are exclusively for registered guests.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours must be respected.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed inside the studio.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior approval is granted.

Paid services may include additional cleaning upon request, late check-out (subject to availability), and optional transportation or activity arrangements. Any damages, excessive cleaning needs or rule violations may result in additional charges.

***Utilities Policy****

Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning (subject to the Fair Usage Policy). Kindly limit AC usage to a maximum of 10 hours per day.

Water and electricity are included in the rental rate under a Fair Usage Policy to encourage responsible consumption. The daily electricity allowance is 10 kWh, which is generally sufficient for normal use, including air conditioning at night. Any additional electricity usage will be charged at the local rate and calculated at the end of your stay.

Water consumption beyond the standard allowance will be billed at €8 per cubic meter.

This policy helps us maintain sustainable practices while keeping the villa comfortable and fairly priced for all guests.
